How do I know an item will fit me?

There is a size guide link available at the bottom of our website. Please feel free to contact us if you have any specific queries about sizing.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, American Express or PayPal on the checkout pages of our website. We are sorry, but for security reasons we are not currently able to accept payments over the telephone.

 

How will I know you have received my order?

After you have placed your order you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail from us confirming your order has been placed. This does not guarantee that we have accepted the order.

 

After the payment has been authorised and your item(s) has been located we will accept the order and confirm the dispatch of your item(s). Should any item(s) on your order not be available in stock we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a replacement item or a refund of your payment for the item(s). We will not substitute any item for another without your consent.

 

How soon will I receive my order?

We use Royal Mail and/or reputable Courier Services to deliver our orders. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days and may need to be signed for (dependant on quantity/value/size) When your order is dispatched a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent out to you, if applicable you will be sent a tracking number.

 

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed it enters our order processing stage, and we are unable to cancel or change the details of the order (product, quantities or delivery address) it but you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
