Orders & Returns

Order cancellation / amendments:

We're sorry but we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once you've placed it. You will need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. For hygiene reasons we are unble to accept returns on wigs if they have been opened and tried on, unless they faulty. 

 

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders:

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete or damaged please email us at:

Our customer services operational hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm GMT (Closed on UK Public Holidays). We aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours.

 

Returns:

All returns must be recieved by us within 14 days of your recieving your order. Any return received outside of this time scale will not be accepted.  A copy of the dispatch note should be included with your returned item.

 

All returned items must be in original condition with all of the original packagng and tags still attached. All original packaging must also be returned with the item. If a returned item is recieved without the original tags or packaging (or if we have any reason to believe that the item has been used) we will be unable to accept the item and will return it back to you.

 

For Hygiene reason wigs cannot be returned if they have been opened or tried on, unless they are faulty or defective. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

We would recommend that you send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. The items are your responsibility until they reach us. 

 

Postal costs for returned items (including any applicable customs charges) are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds:

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (minus any postage costs) as quickly as possible. This will usually be within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

 

Exchanges:

Regretfully, we are unable to offer an exchange service at the present time.
